MYSIAH HEALTH INC. (“Mysiah”, “We”, “Our” or “Us”), is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how We collect, use and disclose information about Our users through www.mysiah.com including all subpages and successor pages (together, the “Website”).
CONSENT: BY USING THE WEBSITE, YOU CONSENT TO THE COLLECTION, USE AND DISCLOSURE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION AS DESCRIBED IN THIS PRIVACY POLICY. Except as set forth in this Privacy Policy, your Personal Information will not be used for any other purpose without your consent. You may withdraw your consent to Our processing of your Personal Information at any time. However, withdrawing consent may result in your inability to place orders on the Website or to continue receiving certain information about Our products and services.

As further described below, We collect Personal Information (as defined below) when you create an account, make purchases on the Website, subscribe to receive promotional information, or send Us inquires through Our contact form on the Website. We aim to collect, use and disclose only Personal Information as is required to enable Us to effectively serve you.
Two types of information may be collected through the Website: Personal Information and Non-Personal Information. This Privacy Policy does not extend to the collection, use or disclosure of Non-Personal Information (as defined further below).

Non-Personal Information is collected or derived by Us in the course of operating the Website.

- When You Create an Account: In order to take advantage of many of the features of our Website, including our Loyalty Program, you will be required to create an account. - When You Make Purchases: each time you make a purchase on our Website, and depending on whether your make a purchase through your account or through a guest account, you will be required to provide certain Personal Information, including but not limited to, your full name, your shipping information and your email address;
- When You Subscribe to Receive Promotion Notifications: If you subscribe to our email list, we will send you email notifications regarding sales and promotions, and in doing so we will collect certain personal information provided by your email, including your email address. You can opt out of our subscription services at any time;
- When You Send Inquiries: To send Us inquires through the Website, you must fill out the contact form and provide certain Personal Information, including, but not limited to, your full name (or an alias) and your email address. We require this information to be able to respond to your inquiries; and
- System Logs & Cookies: We may use cookies to track usage and traffic on the Website. A cookie is a feature of your web browser that consists of a text file that is placed on your hard disk by a web server. The Website may use cookies to help it compile aggregate statistics about usage of the Website, such as how many users visit the Website, how long users spend viewing the Website, and what pages are viewed most often. We do not link any of the information We use in cookies to any Personal Information submitted by you when you are on the Website.

Mysiah may provide Personal Information collected from you, to its service providers as necessary to enable the service provider to perform its obligations to Us. Our servers are located in British Columbia, Canada (although this location may change from time to time) and accordingly your Personal Information may be available to the British Columbia, Canada government (or to whichever government where are servers are located at the relevant time) or its agencies under a lawful order, irrespective of the safeguards. We have put in place for the protection of your Personal Information. By using Our Website, you consent to the hosting of your Personal Information in British Columbia, Canada (or where are servers are located at the relevant time). Notwithstanding the foregoing, we reserve the right to store and process Personal Information outside of British Columbia, Canada.

We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time. If We decide to change this Privacy Policy in the future, We will post an appropriate notice on Our webpage at www.mysiah.com. Any changes will become effective immediately from their posting on the Website. Your continued use of the Website signifies your acceptance of any changes.
