Will be buying again!

Really helped with my anxiety! I take 1 before bed and it helps to calm my brain and let me relax. On the weekends I take one in the morning to help me have a restful weekend. Doesn't make me sleepy just lowers my stress and helps me relax which is what I want! Taste is good too! Will be purchasing again!

Too much sugar in it for a diabetic. Taking 2 means 8 gms of sugar before bed.
