I’ve been taking the cordyceps for a few months now and I love it, it’s now apart of my everyday routine. When I started taking the Cordyceps I noticed a difference in just a few days as I usually am quite fatigue by the end of the week but I noticed I wasn’t as tired on the weekend especially having young kids I was able to spend more time with the family. I have been taking Breathe, Focus and Supreme gummies for about 5 months now. I'm 63 years old, in pretty good shape, and eat fairly healthy but the aches and pains of getting older were setting in.
